The hiring process takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks. After the recruiter conducts a phone interview and deems the candidate may be a good fit for the position, the information is forwarded to the hiring manager for review. If accepted, the candidate will move forward in the selection process and be scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager. Once the manager decides and selects the best candidate, an offer letter will be forwarded to the candidate. Background, drug testing and onboarding may take up to one week.
