SeaPort NxG is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 23 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, Life Cycle Sustainment, and Integrated Product Support, and Technical and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands, NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP, the Office of Naval Research (ONR), Military Sealift Command (MSC), and the United States Marine Corps (USMC) source and award their requirements through SeaPort-NxG.

SeaPort-NxG provides an efficient and cost-effective means of contracting for professional support services and enhancing small business participation.

The US Army ITES-3S contract provides the full range of IT services and solutions necessary for Army and Department of Defense-wide Enterprise infostructure and infrastructure goals throughout CONUS and OCOUNS locations, including warzone areas. The scope includes the Command, Control Communications, Computers, and Information Management (C4IM) requirements.  The ITES-35 contract vehicle is available to all US Army agencies and commands, as well as US Navy and Marine Corps, US Air Force, Department of Defense activities and other Federal departments and agencies.

The US Army RS3 contract vehicle is a Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Performance Based Services Contract that provides customized best value solutions to a diverse group of Army, Department of Defense, and Federal organizations that span the spectrum of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) mission requirements throughout the world.  The primary service areas of RS3 include Engineering; Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E); Logistics; Acquisition and Strategic Planning; Education and Training Services, and Program Management.

The Department of Justice Information Technology Support Services (ITSS-5) vehicle is a competitive Multiple Award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity contract to provide specific IT services to DOJ components by task order. The contract provides attractive procurement and task administration to DOJ bureaus and Offices, Boards, and Divisions for tasks that would otherwise be procured through a lengthy competition process or external contracting vehicles.

ENCORE III, managed by the Defense Information Systems Agency, provides the Department of Defense and Federal agencies a full spectrum of IT services and solutions ranging from engineering development to full sustainment under two suites of Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts totaling $17.5B over a 10-year ordering period. ENCORE III offers broad IT scope of vetted experience, streamlined processing and aggressive lead times, confidence associated with receipt of competitive proposals from recognized industry leaders, and features extremely low administrative fees.
